I have several websites but I want to setup different operators to work on different websites. Is it possible in Live Chat ?
Yes, it is possible to setup a particular chat operator for a particular website. Follow the guidance below:
Login into your admin area either from Chat plugin in WordPress or from website www.wp-chat.com
Then open ‘Setting” area
Move to “Operators” tab. Under ‘Available operators’ there is a list of your active chat operators. In ‘Access’ you can select “Yes” to allow access for particular chat operator to the website or “No” to ban access.
After all the configs save changes.
