Is there any visual indicator of chat status to show in chatbox?
It is possible to setup chat status indicator that will be shown in your chatbox.
– login into WordPress dashboard of your website;
– Move to ‘Chat’
– In ‘Advanced settings’ check ‘Show status indicator’
-Move down the page and ‘Save Changes’
When the chatbox is offline there will be red round in chatbox.
When the chatbox is online there will be green round in chatbox.
OR login at www.wp-chat.com admin area
-Tick off “Show status indicator” and save changes.
