Offline messages when the chat is “Offline” and where to find them.

When the chatbox is offline the user enters name, email and a brief message to contact us. However, we are not getting the emails. Where can I find the messages send by customers when the chat is “offline”?

To be able to read Offline Message first of all make sure that you are using Live Chat PRO version:

1) login into admin area;

2) open the Offline Messages section;

3) To read the offline message and to get some user detailed click on Show message;

4) once the message is opened, it is possible to read the offline message itself and view customer data (name, email, phone number, location, time and date of the message, IP address, OS, Browser, etc).
