Yes you can easily initiate chat with your website clients. All you need it to setup the setting “Pup-up chat automatically”.
There are two methods how to do it.
1) From www.wp-chat.com admin area.
– Login into admin area at www.wp-chat.com
– Click on “Settings”.
– In “Main” settings tick “Pop-up chat automatically” and specify the seconds on expiration of which the chat window will automatically pop-up on the bottom of the website.
-Save.
1) From WordPress dashboard.
– Login into WordPress dashboard of the website with the installed Live Chat.
– Click on “Chat“.
– In Advanced Settings tick “Pop-up chat automatically” and specify the seconds on expiration of which the chat window will automatically pop-up on the bottom of the website.
– Save Changes.
