I tried to login into my admin area at http://www.wp-chat.com/ but it does not recognize neither my email nor my password. How to fix this?
1) Make sure you are entering correct email and password that you used during the registration of your Live Chat.
2) In case you forgot your password, try to recover it from http://www.wp-chat.com/. Click on “Recover access” and in opened new window enter your email. After that check your email for a letter from our system and follow instructions.
2) Enter your email address to which you want to get the code and click on ‘Send’;
3) Check your email. Copy the code and paste into recovery form. Click on ‘Send’.
4) In appeared new window type new password and confirm it. Click ‘Send’
Also it is possible to recover access using this form :https://secure.wpadm.com/user/recovery-password where you will be asked to enter your email, captcha and hit the ‘Recovery’ button.
After that check your email for recovery code. Copy it and insert into recovery form. Hit ‘Confirm’
Then you will be asked to enter new password, cinfirm password and click ‘Send’
