My query is how user can save his/her chat history in their email from the chat window before finish his/her chat?
Live Chat PRO plugin version allows to use the function “Offer to send chat history to the email”.
Here are the steps how to make it work:
1) Login into your admin area at www.wp-chat.com
2) Move to “Settings”.
3) Check the setting “Offer to send chat history to the email”.
After that when the user ends the chat, he/she will be asked if he/she wants to send chat history to the email
