I want the chats to be finished automatically after some time, if operator or user did not finish them. Is it possible?
In Live Chat Pro version it is possible to specify after how many hours the “forgotten” chat should be finished automatically.
Follow the guidance to use the feature “Finish chat automatically after”:
1) Open www.wp-chat.com in your browser and login with your email and pass.
2) Move to “Settings”
3)In front of option “Finish chat automatically” select after how many hours to finish chat.
4) Save changes.
