Is it possible to change the default text to use for offline chatbox?
Follow the steps below to configure “Offline chat message” and “Offline thank message”.
“Offline chat message” text will be shown on the top of the offline chatbox;
“Offline thank message” will appear in offline chatbox after the customer sent his message.
1) Login into your Chat settings in WordPress dashboard or into your admin area www.wp-chat.com;
2) Open the section “Chat texts”;
3) Type the text for the field “Offline chat message”;
4) Type the text for the field “Offline thank” message;
5) Scroll down the page and “Save changes”.
