Where can I change the default “Hello! How can I help you?” into something I want?
The text you want to change is called “Hello” message and you can change it from your admin area at www.wp-chat.com where you can change all chat texts.
1) Login into admin area www.wp-chat.com .
2) Open “Widget”.
3) In “Style and effects” open “Text” tab to find “Hello” message and type the text you want.
4) Save
or you can change it from WordPress dashboard:
1) Login to your website WordPress dashboard.
2) Click on “Chat” icon.
3) Find the setting “Chat texts” and “Hello” message. Type the text you need.
4) Save Changes
You can type any text you want, not to use default one.
